Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 200 gms paneer cubed


  • 1 tbsp rice flour


  • 1 tbsp besan


  • 30 ml oil


  • 2 green chillies


  • 1/2 bell pepper


  • 5ml soya sauce


  • 5 ml tomato sauce


  • 5 ml green chilli sauce


  • 5 ml vinegar


  • 20 gms Chings chilly Manchurian powder


  • 300 ml water


  • 1 onion cut into cubes

Directions

  • Cut paneer into cubes and coat well with a pinch of salt,  rice flour & besan. Deep fry for 2 minute and keep aside.
  • Heat oil,  add green chilli, onion, bell pepper, soya sauce,  green chilli sauce and vinegar.
  • Mix the chings chilli Manchurian satchet with water and add to the pan. Bring it to a boil and add the fried paneer.
  • cook for a minute and turn off the flame.
  • Garnish with spring onions and chopped coriander leaves.
