Cut paneer into cubes and coat well with a pinch of salt, rice flour & besan. Deep fry for 2 minute and keep aside.
Heat oil, add green chilli, onion, bell pepper, soya sauce, green chilli sauce and vinegar.
Mix the chings chilli Manchurian satchet with water and add to the pan. Bring it to a boil and add the fried paneer.
cook for a minute and turn off the flame.
Garnish with spring onions and chopped coriander leaves.
